Your first sketch will be ready within 24–48 hours after sending your request.
Once the sketch is approved, if you ordered a physical print, delivery will take an additional 24–48 hours. We offer unlimited revisions to make sure the final result fully meets your expectations.
You can also request to include pets in your portrait. For physical prints, cash on delivery is available as a payment option. We’ll keep you updated at every stage, so you can track your order’s progress in real time.
Since our portraits are created by professional artists, we’re unable to provide a preview before an order is placed.
However, after your purchase, you’ll receive a first sketch within 24–48 hours via email. You can review it and request unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied. Only after your approval will we proceed with the final version and, if requested, the physical print of your portrait.
No. Our artists can also combine people from separate photos into one portrait.
